Reserve a Room (by room)

The conference room is set up to accommodate 9 people. This room is available for $5 per hour. If used for legal purposes (such as depositions, lawyers or legal research), there are no charges for use. A laptop is available in the room to connect to video conferencing either with Zoom or Skype. For login information, please contact reservations@loneconelibrary.org. We also have conference calling capabilities. This is also a law library with access to a number of the law books sponsored by the Colorado Supreme Court Law Library. For rentals outside of operating hours, arrangements must be made the day prior with library staff.

In the North room, you get access to a TV, the projector, sound system, microphone and laptops. There are multiple ways to setup the seating. Renters are in charge of their own setup and breakdown. Please inform staff of all technology assistance needed PRIOR to the event. 

The North Room is available for rent as an individual space at the following rates.
0-4 Hours of Use (Minimum charge) = 1/2 Day Rate
Non-Profit Registered Entity- $20 Flat fee
Private Use - $30 Flat fee
For-Profit/Public Event - $40 Flat fee

4 Hours or More Use = Full Day Rate
Non-Profit Registered Entity - $60 Flat fee
Private Use - $80 Flat Fee 
For-Profit/Public Event - $100 Flat Fee

Access to television, sound system, and microphone are available with a $25 audio/visual access fee. 

This room is subject to a $100 deposit for use. This is refundable within 15 days after your event provided there are no damages,

Any alcohol service is subject to an additional $100 deposit, insurance and applicable city license if required. This is refundable within 15 days after your event.

*All rooms may be subject to a $20 cleaning deposit per individual room.*

In the South room, you get access to the kitchen and dishes, TV, sound system, microphone and laptops. There are multiple ways to setup the seating.

The South Room is available for rent as an individual space at the following rates.

We have two study rooms available, free of charge. Each has a desk and three chairs as well as a white board. Study rooms are only available during business hours. Study rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. Due to the high demand of the study rooms, there is a two hour limit per booking and only two bookings per week, unless approved by library staff. For example, if you have a test that will take longer than two hours, please just let us know and we are happy to accommodate.
