Purpose of Meeting/Event
Free community meeting and taco dinner to begin developing a shared vision and goals for the future of the West End region (Norwood, Naturita, Nucla, and the unincorporated rural areas in western San Miguel and Montrose counties). This work builds on extensive community engagement conducted over the past 8 months to develop a shared set of community values that will serve as the foundation for a community-led regional plan. This event is part of the WE Vision Project, led by West End Economic Development Corporation with support from the towns of Norwood, Naturita, and Nucla, Montrose and San Miguel counties, in partnership with Colorado non-profit organization Community Builders.
